SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The sales representative covers the entire Quebec territory to promote our snow removal equipment, multipurpose tractors and dump trucks and has access to a large and loyal customer base. This role of sales professional requires good time management skills and responsibilities, a strong motivation to develop long-lasting relationships with customers, a good command of social networks, good written and spoken French and English, and a real concern for customer satisfaction.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Meet with cities and private companies to sell and promote Tenco and MF (Machineries Forget) snow removal equipment, Multihog multipurpose tractors and Bibeau dump bodies;
- Present the technical characteristics of our equipment and explain the potential performance gain;
- Participate in the bidding process;
- Identify and contact potential customers;
- Participate in trade shows;
- Maintain the CRM at all times;
- Participate in the company’s continuous improvement process by collecting customer feedback to constantly improve the quality of our products and facilities.

WELDER/MECHANIC
The main role of the welder/mechanic is to install, repair and manufacture snow removal parts and equipment using various welding, assembly, hydraulic and electrical processes.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
- Assemble machinery and equipment, using a variety of hand, pneumatic and power tools and welding equipment, before installing them;
- Interpret and read plans to make custom manufacturing;
- Install, align, disassemble and move mechanical equipment such as pumps, tanks, conveyors and electrical systems;
- Welding metal parts with various manual or semi-automatic welding devices (TIG, MIG, etc.);
- Cut, drill and bend metals using a hydraulic press brake, a shear, an electric drill, a saw or an oxy-acetylene torch.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Specialized welding training or experience relevant to the position
- Training in industrial mechanics would be an asset
- Good physical condition – – The ability to lift 50 lb.

PARTS CONSULTANT
The main role of the parts consultant is to advise and inform customers about the products and services offered and to sell various hydraulic, metals, hardware, snow removal equipment & parts, as well as various repairs, welding, custom manufacturing and machining services. On-site training is available.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
- Welcome customers and discuss the characteristics of the goods or services they wish to purchase;
- Sell the services or products requested by customers;
- Prepare and track orders.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma and relevant experience in the position
- Excellent written and spoken French, English an asset
- Good physical condition – The ability to lift 50 lb
- Excellent ability to use a computer system
