Job description

The Parts Clerk is primarily responsible for selling metals and replacement parts for snow removal equipment and dump bodies. On-site training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the parts counter and answer phone calls
• Sell metals and replacement parts for snow removal equipment and dump bodies
• Order, receive, and inventory parts
• Prepare customer orders and ensure proper follow-up
• Process internal parts requests and forward them to the relevant shop teams

Qualifications required

• Strong ability to use computer systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to follow up and manage priorities effectively
• Excellent spoken and written French, basic English
• Be dynamic and smiling!
